Arpan Saxena, an expert in architecting AI-powered solutions for healthcare, brings over a decade of experience in care delivery, interoperability, and utilization management. As the technological strategist at basys.ai, he leads the design and implementation of innovative systems that reduce administrative burdens and enhance patient outcomes by integrating advanced AI into practical healthcare applications. Arpan has led teams of over 100 engineers and data scientists, driving initiatives for major U.S. health plans and creating software platforms that serve more than 20 million patients. Passionate about ethical AI, he focuses on mitigating risks like confabulation in healthcare data science, while fostering global partnerships with health systems and pharmaceutical companies.

Dr. YiDing Yu, a practicing physician and serial entrepreneur, is passionate about transforming healthcare delivery. Named Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018 by the Cartier Women’s Initiative Awards, she has launched and scaled innovations across the healthcare ecosystem. Previously, she led growth and streamlined products at Olive, facilitating key sales, and served as CMO at Verata Health until its acquisition by Olive. YiDing also founded Twiage, an award-winning emergency response platform, and held roles at Mass General Brigham and Atrius Health. Recognized for her groundbreaking work, she has won top innovation prizes and holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University.

Sachin H. Jain, MD, MBA, is President and CEO of SCAN, leading its growth and efforts to reduce healthcare disparities. Under his leadership, SCAN's revenues have grown by over $1B to $4.3B, serving 300,000 patients. Previously, Dr. Jain was President and CEO of CareMore and Aspire Health, pioneering innovative care delivery and social isolation programs. He has held leadership roles at Merck & Co., the US Department of Health and Human Services, and has taught at Harvard and Stanford. Recognized as a top healthcare leader, Dr. Jain graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and earned his MD and MBA from Harvard. He resides in Los Angeles and continues to practice medicine.

Beth serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. She was the founder of Radiant, an international-based staffing solution for care management (now part of Accenture), and Prosano Health Solutions, an Advanced Primary Care model integrated with Arizona Blue.  She also led Anthem’s provider joint ventures, including Vivity an innovative integrated product offering including 7 previously competitive top health systems in the southern California market.

Ruth served as president of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States and has more than 40 years of executive experience in health care. Prior to Kaiser, she served as CEO and chief nurse executive with various health systems across the U.S., including CommonSpirit, Ascension Healthcare and UAB Health System. Ruth has been recognized by Modern Healthcare as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare and a Top Women Leader in Healthcare as well as by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of their Top 10 Most Admired Healthcare CEOs.

Leo is a Principal Research Scientist and Clinical Research Director at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Laboratory of Computational Physiology. He leads efforts to utilize ICU data for research, notably the MIMIC database. Leo co-founded Sana, an organization that uses technology to improve healthcare in low- and middle-income countries. He also directs courses at MIT, emphasizing global health informatics and electronic health records analysis.

Dr. Mattie is a Lecturer in Biostatistics at the Harvard School of Public Health. She is a prominent researcher at the intersection of biostatistics, data science, and network science. Her work involves applying network science and machine learning to study community interactions, artificial intelligence in healthcare research, and algorithmic fairness, particularly concerning underrepresented groups.
