Senior Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of a mission-critical product

  • 0 to 1 product development

  • Passionate about healthcare and compassionate towards solving problems for social impact

  • Leadership skills for leading a diverse team

Required skills

  • Graduates of a reputable university

  • 3-5 years in working on machine learning and deep learning algorithms (computer vision experience required)

  • Prior experience in deploying machine learning algorithms

  • Collaboration skills for liaising with different stakeholders in understanding their requirements

Director, Business Development

Key Responsibilities

This role comes with a high level of autonomy. You will work on strategic projects that have a direct and measurable impact on the company’s growth. There are three domains:

  • Investor & Strategy

    • Work with the founders on defining & executing the investor strategies

    • Contribute to the business development strategies 

  • Sales

    • Contribute to the sales force development, including building the sales argument, identifying the sales funnel and go-to-market strategies, and preparing sales documents

  • Communications

    • Communicate with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization

Required skills

    •    Demonstrable prior experience in strategy-building for startups
   •    OOTB thinking
   •    Problem-solving and communication
   •    Passion to build things from 0 to 1

Internships

Software engineer intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Head of Engineering

  • High level of autonomy in taking several high-level decisions pertaining to the architecture and schema of the product

  • Communicating with key stakeholders in the organization
     

Required skills

  • Full-stack development that includes working knowledge in back-end and front-end technologies and SQL

  • Object-oriented design

  • Demonstrable prior experience in developing a web app from scratch

  • Strong understanding of key software concepts like data structure, algorithms, performance, architecture, scalability, and reliability

  • Problem solving and communication

Desired skills

  • Understanding of design patterns

  • Attention to detail

MBA Strategy Intern

Key Responsibilities
